On a day where you feel off balance (stressed), you might re-act differently
than when you are in balance. When you feel like this is a moment where you would like to fly off the handle, breathe deeply and slowly. Count to 4 on your in breath, hold to the count of 2 and then breathe out to the count of 4 or more, hold for 2 and breathe in again. While you are breathing have your feet planted firmly on the ground and link your fingers together as if you were praying. Place your hands in that position comfortably on your lab and breathe as I mentioned above. After 6-10 repeats you will feel much calmer than before. Try it out and let me know what you think.
