Letting go and forgiving frees you from pain and guilt and anger and whatever else is there. Letting go and forgiving triggers the process of healing and makes space for the most wonderful feeling of all called LOVE. Everyone has their own issues, there is not one person without and the healing takes place as soon as you are ready to let go. Everyone in their own time. No forcing no pressure, only when you are ready to let healing and love embrace you will it begin.
