Use Lanolin (available at the Chemists) and rub onto eyebrows every night.
Dark circles under your eyes are often a sign of a vitamin B2 shortage.
Consuming the following foods will assist in eliminating the dark circles under your eyes:
Carrots, milk, fresh oranges or orange juice, lemon juice,
grapefruit or pomelos (a large egg shaped kind of grapefruit, just sweeter, available in Ireland) cheese, eggs and vegetables.
