Crystal Singing Bowls are very powerful healing catalysts

You may wonder how they work. Crystal singing bowls are made of various crystals. The bowls I have chosen to work with are made from Clear Quartz Crystal, also called ‘The Master Healer’.

Clear Quartz is a very special crystal

that enhances all good energies in your body and assists in removing energies that no longer serve you any purpose. It cleanses and restores energy in and around you. You feel balanced and rejuvenated after using a clear quartz crystal just to mention a few of its properties. The Singing Bowls have the properties of the Clear Quartz Crystal and vibrate on a very high energy frequency when being played. I have chosen to use a set of Singing Bowls that vibrate on the same frequencies as the main energy centres (also called Chakras).

Sound Healing Therapy & Meditation

My clients love the Sound Healing Therapy treatments and you can feel and see the difference after you have enjoyed a treatment or a meditation session. From my regular meditation participants I often hear “what a difference the Sound therapy makes to their day to day life and how much better they feel.” Imagine when bowls are played, they build a vortex of sound within the bowl. That vortex fills the room like a spiralling wind, which then removes all stagnant energy that you no longer need. Once the ‘old’ energy is removed, the sound vibration refills you with new, high vibrational energy and that is what makes you feel good and look younger.
